Our focus is not just CRM setup, but sales execution ,enabling structured pipelines, automated follow-ups, clear accountability, and real-time management visibility. We work with service businesses, real estate firms, and B2B companies that want predictable sales outcomes, not just software installations.

At Tarneo, sales teams are expected to own deals end-to-end , engage directly with decision-makers, and close business with clarity and discipline.


Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on CRM Sales Executive who has already sold CRM/SaaS solutions and can independently handle demos, negotiations, and closures .

This is a revenue-carrying role , not a coordination or support position.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sell CRM / SaaS solutions to B2B SME clients
  • Conduct live CRM demos for business owners and decision-makers
  • Own the entire sales cycle : lead qualification demo proposal closure
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Accurately update deals, stages, and notes inside CRM
  • Coordinate with implementation teams only after deal closure


This Role is NOT for you if :

  • You have never personally closed CRM or SaaS deals
  • Your experience is limited to telecalling, lead generation, or coordination
  • You only supported sales but did not carry targets
  • You cannot clearly explain your monthly targets and achievements


Mandatory Experience (Non- negotiable)

  • 12 years of direct CRM / SaaS sales experience
  • Must have personally handled demos and closures
  • Comfortable doing live demos and handling objections
  • Can clearly explain monthly targets, deal size, and closures
  • Comfortable selling to SME decision-makers (Founders, Sales Heads, Owners)


Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience in B2B services, manufacturing, exports, EV, solar, or logistics
  • Prior experience with inbound + outbound sales mix


Compensation

  • Fixed salary + high-performance commission
  • Commission linked only to closed & paid deals
  • Clear growth path based on performance


Interview Expectation

Candidates must be ready to discuss targets, deal size, closures, and demo experience in detail.
